[Journey of Salt 04] Nature's Masterpiece
Why does natural sea salt taste so different from processed table salt?

Sun, Wind, and Time
Today, let us step out of the clinics and ancient texts, and step out into nature.
I want to invite you to imagine a vast, quiet coastline where the ocean meets the land.
If salt is so essential to our well-being, we must ask ourselves a very simple question: How is it made?
When we buy processed table salt from a regular grocery store, we are often buying a product of extreme efficiency. It is created in large facilities where machines rapidly boil brine and strip away everything except sodium chloride. It is fast, uniform, and completely predictable.
But true, natural salt is not manufactured on a conveyor belt.
It is grown.
It is the result of a beautiful, slow, and quiet harmony that humans can only guide, but never rush.
